PURPOSE:To enable a car driver to visually discern a plane self-luminous rivet clearly even from a distance by placing the upper surface of a light clear panel radiating light approximately on the same as the ground level, and radiating light from a luminous body to the ground level at a very narrow angle. CONSTITUTION:The upper level 21 is constituted of a light transmission panel 20 provided approximately to the same as the ground level GL, a solar cell 40 provided downward of the light transmission panel 20 and a battery 41. In addition, the upper level 21 has a luminous body, and an angle between an optical axis of the luminous body light and the lower surface 22 of the light transmission panel 20 is within 5 degree. The luminous body light is refracted and is incident to the lower surface 22 of the light transmission panel 20, it proceeds in the light transmission panel 20, and it is refracted at an angle made with the optical axis and the lower surface 22 of the light transmission panel 20 from the upper level 21. Successively, it is radiated in the air, and the luminous body light reaches far away off along the ground level GL. |
