A cylinder assembly of a hydraulic actuator for a turbine valve in a power plant is provided to prevent an end of a seal from being curled by forming a chamfered surface between both end surfaces and an inner diameter of a cylinder and inclined surfaces on coupling grooves of a rod end cap and a lower end cap. A cylinder assembly of a hydraulic actuator for a turbine valve in a power plant includes a hollow cylinder(510) and a rod end cap(520) and a lower end cap coupled with both ends of the cylinder. Dovetail-shaped grooves(h1) are formed on both end surfaces of the cylinder along an inner diameter of the cylinder. O-rings(O) are mounted on the grooves. A chamfered surface is formed between the both end surfaces and the inner diameter of the cylinder. Inclined surfaces(S) are formed on coupling grooves(H) of the rod end cap and the lower end cap in correspondence to the chamfered surface of the cylinder. |
