<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic capacitance sensor which allows no disconnection with the movement of an input section. CONSTITUTION:This sensor has substrates 1 and 2 which are arranged facing each other parallel while the one thereof is movable parallel to the other, an electrode section Co provided on an opposed surface of the substrates 2, electrode sections Cx+, Cx-, Cy+ and Cy- provided on the opposed surface of the substrates 2 and at an interval of 90 deg. about the electrode section Co, an electroconductive section 10 which is provided on the opposed surface of the substrates 1 with the area thereof larger than that of the electrode section Co and an input section J provided on the substrates 1. A potential difference is given between the electrode section Co and the electrode sections Cx+, Cx-, Cy+ and Cy- by a voltage for driving varying cyclically.</p> |
