<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of shortening starting time and suppressing reduction in the service life. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with a fuel cell module 1; a high concentration fuel tank 4 filled with high concentration fuel having higher concentration than fuel to be supplied in regular operation; a high concentration fuel supply pump 5 supplying high concentration fuel; a low concentration fuel tank 6 filled with low concentration fuel than concentration lower than fuel supplied in regular operation, a low concentration fuel supply pump 7 supplying low concentration fuel and an operation control part 9 controlling operation of the high concentration fuel supply pump 5 and the low concentration fuel supply pump 7 so that only the prescribed amount of the high concentration fuel is supplied within a concentration range capable of being used in the fuel cell module 1 in the starting of the fuel cell system, and controlling the operation of the high concentration fuel supply pump 5 and the low concentration fuel supply pump 7 so that fuel of concentration in regular operation is supplied when the output voltage of the fuel cell module 1 reaches the prescribed voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
