ENDOSCOPE AND BIOLOGICAL OBSERVATION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope for easily acquiring characteristic information on a desired region of a biological depth in a wider range than usual.

SOLUTION: The endoscope includes: an ultrasonic wave generation part for outputting an ultrasonic wave to a region to be examined in a biological tissue; a light transmitting/receiving part capable of emitting illuminating light which is generated by a light source part and can reach the region to be examined and receiving reflecting light resulting from reflection of the illuminating light in an arrival area of the ultrasonic wave; and a vibration part for vibrating the ultrasonic wave generation part.
