RUSTPROOF LUBRICANT FOR GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a rustproof lubricant having improved pressing processability of galvanized steel sheet including hard processable steel sheet such as thick plated one and improved rustproof properties by mixing N-[tris (hydroxymethyl) methyl]alkylamide. CONSTITUTION:The lubricant includes an N-[tris (hydroxymethyl) methyl]alkylamide of the formula (R is 7-25C alkyl which may have unsaturated bonds or branching skeleton) in an amount of more than 5wt.%, preferably 20 to 70wt.%. The invention gives a rustproof lubricant showing good processability to galvanized steel sheet and defatting behavior after assembling.
