SLURRY OF CEMENT ADMIXTURE AND MORTAR OR CONCRETE COMPOUNDED WITH THE SLURRY

PURPOSE:To enable the quick charging of an swelling material and prevent the pop-up phenomenon of the swelling material by compounding the swelling material with a specific processed starch. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of swelling material of e.g. calcium sulfoaluminate- or lime-type is compounded with 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a processed starch having solubility of >=80wt.% and molecular weight of 1600-7000 and 20-300 pts.wt. of water to obtain a slurry of cement admixture. The subject mortar or cement is obtained by mixing 1-10 pts.wt. of the slurry to 100 pts.wt. of mortar or cement.
