<p>PURPOSE: To provide the image display device and image processor which can display and process an image whose motion is not unnatural by performing real-time display and real-time processing. CONSTITUTION: The image display device 10 has processing constitution of a frame memory 13a and a display device 15 in addition to a frame section detecting means 18, a pixel display control means 20, and a pixel display means 23. When the frame section detecting means 18 detects the section of two frames A and B of moving picture data while the data are stored temporarily in a frame memory A, an image display control means 20 initializes information regarding the current frame for replacement and prepars processing for a new frame. A frame memory 13a inputs following data in a frame memory B. The pixel display control means 20 determines which range of the pixel data on the frame memory A is displayed and the pixel display means 23 displays the pixels corresponding to the determined display range on a display device 15. The pixel display control means 20 determines the display range, line by line, in specific order in consideration of the throughput and visual effects.</p> |
