PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth cutting blade having a function of preventing fusion of a cloth cutting plane generated in cutting an accumulated cloth by a cloth cutting machine. SOLUTION: The temperature of a blade increased by friction heat is decreased by feeding cold air from an air cooler 8 into a conventional blade and a cloth of cutting plane coming into contact with the blade can be cooled, by cooling the blade from inside with a hollow space 3 provided in the thickness of the blade provided with a plurality of holes penetrating a side surface of the blade. In this way, since the cloth of cutting plane can be cooled by releasing cold air accumulated in the hollow 3 from these holes, fusion of the cutting plane can be prevented, and fused cloth chips can be prevented from fusing in the blade.
