PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-load running working vehicle capable of stably running on the off-road such as an inclined ground and of performing work. SOLUTION: Four telescopic arms 6 are provided on the lower part of a chassis frame 5 to which an upper turning body 2 having a working machine 3 and a driver's cab 4 is rotatably attached, and traveling clawer devices 10 or running ring-type running devices are vertically oscillatably attached to respective lower ends. The clawer devices 10 are attached to the lower ends of the telescopic arms 6 vertically oscillatably, and oscillation restraining means for restraining free oscillation of the clawer devices 10 are provided between the clawer devices 10 and the telescopic arms 6. |
