PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat track device at low cost, which allows assembly man hour to be reduced. SOLUTION: A seat track device comprises a lower rail 11 disposed on a floor side and an upper rail 15 disposed on a seat side and engaged with the lower rail 11 movably. A slide piece 19 that can be in contact with the lower rail 11 is provided on the upper rail 15. The slide piece 19 is energized toward an upper part of the lower rail 11 by a spring (energizing means) 21.
