<p>The present invention relates to dopamine and serotonin receptor ligands having the general formula (I) wherein one of Y?1 and Y2¿ is N, which is bound to Z, and the further meanings of Y?1, Y2, Y3, Y4¿, Z, W, n, m, X, R and R1-R12 are as given in the claims and the description. The compounds of the invention are useful in the treatment of certain psychiatric and neurological disorders, i. e. schizophrenia and other psychoses, anxiety disorders, depression, migraine, cognitive disorders, ADHD and sleep improvement.</p> |
