The bin (1) is fitted with wheels (6) attached by their hubs (7) to a shaft (5) that passes through holes in bearing lugs (4). Each lug is fitted with a vibration-damping bush with an inner plastic lining ring for the shaft to pass through. In variants of the design the bush can be held between inner and outer rings, one of which can be made from a material that is compatible with the bush to allow it to be fixed in place by welding or manufactured by a co-moulding or over-moulding process.
