To provide a digital amplifier advantageously performing volume adjustment over a wide range. A first and second field effect transistors include N-channel type field effect transistors. The first field effect transistor has the drain connected to the operation voltage Vreg, the source connected to the drain of the second field effect transistor and the gate to which the first input signal is applied from the first level shifter for on/off operation.
