PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility fear that a blood preparation other than a planned one is transfused by mistaking a patient or a blood preparation. SOLUTION: By inputting the ID number of a patient in the portable terminal in which transfusion planned patient information and blood preparation information are input, the transfusion planned patient information and the blood preparation information of the applicable patient are displayed on the terminal. In addition, the lot number of a blood preparation for transfusion is input in the terminal, and the lot number is collated with low numbers of transfusion planned blood preparations which have been input in advance, and the conformity is judged. The portable terminal is equipped with a bar code scanner, and when the ID number which is displayed by a bar code, or the lot number is scanned, they are input. The ID number is displayed on a band which is fitted on the wrist or the like of the patient. The transfusion planned patient information and the blood preparation information are downloaded from a computer to the portable terminal. Information which is input in the portable terminal at the time of a transfusion or after the transfusion can be uploaded to the computer. |
