PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle pattern obtained by arranging on a base material the fine particle having substantially uniform particle size and composition in a monodisperse state and a method for efficiently producing the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing the fine particle pattern includes at lest a dendritic branch molecule-adding process in which the dendritic branch molecules are added onto a base material having a surface mutually interacting with the dendritic branch molecules, a composite particle-forming process in which the composite particles are formed by forming the fine particles in the dendritic branch molecules. In the method for producing the fine particle pattern, the composite particle-forming process may be carried out either before or after the dendritic branch molecule-adding process.
