The invention relates to a device for improving the transport of loads (for example bags or persons) on cycles or on devices attached to a bicycle. Said device permits a limitation of the relative movement between the cycle or the attachment and the load to a trajectory by filtering the transfers of energy (in both directions) of the cycle or the attachment to the load transported in those directions in which the relative movement is limited and to filter or absorb the transfer of energy in the direction in which the relative movement is not limited. |
