摘要 development of means measuring gradients of gravitational field. SUBSTANCE: structure of gravity variometer includes rocker with weights and ferromagnetic spherical armature located in tight case, stator of contactless suspension of rocker in the form of controlled electromagnet with coil, core and cylindrical magnetic circuit, electrostatic torque generators, optical angle-data transmitter and rocker position pickup with reference to case. In this case ferromagnetic armature is located inside electromagnet in zone embraced by magnetic circuit of contactless suspension over value of its diameter as minimum. Such design excludes scattering of magnetic field across armature and uncertainty of interaction of magnetic fields formed by weighting of rocker with parameters of suspension and magnetic system as whole is approximated to ideal circuit of " point " suspension.
