PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an elevator capable of reliably performing a rescue operation to a landing at low cost without installing a confined person detector, in the elevator having a shutter near the landing door. SOLUTION: In the elevator having a non-stop switch FT and a shutter ST at the front of a landing door HD, only when it is detected by an existing car load detector WT that any person is absent in the car after a predetermined time is elapsed after the non-stop switch FT is operated and the shutter ST is closed, the car is called automatically to the non-stop floor.
