PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle holder which can be used easily with one hand to allow a user to drink even if only one hand is available. SOLUTION: A case 2 has an opening 221 in which a PET bottle 100 can be inserted, and holds the PET bottle 100. An attaching portion 3 is used to attach the case 2 to the user. A movement regulating member 4 includes a fixed portion 41 fixed to the case 2, a regulating portion 42 which extends from the fixed portion 41 to cover the opening 221 to regulate the movement of the PET bottle in its height direction, and a regulating attachment/detachment portion 43 which is disposed on the front end of the regulating portion 42, and can be detached from the case 2 by a force applied in a direction of detaching the attachment/detachment portion 43 from the case 2 to be attachable and detachable to the case 2.
