PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a wiper becomes an obstacle to visibility and cannot remove waterdrops on the whole window, although the wiper is used to remove waterdrops or snow when it rains or snows conventionally. SOLUTION: A belt-like transparent film is formed into a ring shape, rollers are provided on inner sides of its both ends, and a driving machine provided with a controller is attached to at least either of the rollers. Next, a wiper circumscribed on the transparent film and moving on an axis crossing the direction of travel in the vicinity of the roller orthogonally and a fixed wiper and a roller are provided.
