PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress use of raw materials made of petroleum resources as much as possible to protect the environment of the earth and suppress occurrence of noise by a tire while preparing for reduction of amount of oil supply in the future. SOLUTION: A noise suppressing body 4 made of a multiporous structural material is provided in an inner cavity i of the tire surrounded by the rim 2 and the pneumatic tire 3. Concerning this pneumatic tire 3, tire compounds occupying 75 wt.% or more of total weight of the tire are formed by using raw materials other than oil produced on an oil-free basis, and the multiporous structural material is also formed by raw materials other than oil.
