PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device capable of expanding an operation range of a detecting object part for detecting a shift position of a shift lever. SOLUTION: This shift device 10 has a second link 12 rotatably connected to a first link 11b formed on the shift lever 11. The second link 12 is composed of an interlocking part 12X and a detecting part 12Y. The interlocking part 12X is formed shorter than an operation part 11Y and the detecting part 12Y.
