<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of successfully and automatically delivering sheets residing in a carrying passage, as sheets to be used to form images. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises an image forming part 10 for forming images on the sheets carried via the carrying passage 80, a sheet feed cassette 20 provided in a device body 101 for the sheets to be stacked thereon, a cassette sheet feed part 30 for feeding the sheets stacked on the sheet feed cassette 20 to the carrying passage 80, a hand tray 40 provided on the device body 101 and partially opened for supporting the sheets, a hand sheet feed part 50 for feeding the sheets supported by the hand tray 40 to the carrying passage 80 at its upstream side beyond the image forming part 10, and hand tray sheet delivery mechanisms 60, 82 for delivering the sheets residing in the carrying passage 80 at its upstream side beyond the image forming part 10 to the hand tray 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
