<p>An emulsion composition for coating, water-repellent and oil-repellent paper, and a method for manufacturing the paper are provided to secure the coating uniformity of the emulsion composition and improve the stability of the paper. An emulsion composition comprises 100 wt% of organopolysiloxane containing at least two silicon-bonded hydroxyl groups per one molecule, 0.5-20 wt% of reaction product of amino-containing organoalkoxysilane and dicarboxilic anhydride, 0-20 wt% of epoxy-containing organoalkoxysilane and/or partial hydrolysate, 0-50 wt% of colloidal silica and/or polysilsesquioxane, 0-10 wt% of hardening catalyst, and 0.5-20 wt% of organopolysiloxane containing long-chain alkyl and alkoxy groups but not hydroxyl group. The components are emulsified and dispersed in water under presence of surfactant.</p> |
