PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a game board configured to cover a through hole bored in a board face base with a cell sheet, and a method of manufacturing the game board to eliminate inconvenience which may be experienced while manufacturing these game boards. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the game board 3 of a Pachinko machine 1 includes the step of forming the through hole 50a, etc. on the board face base 55b (Step S1); the step of pasting the cell sheet 55a to the board face base 55b (Step S2); and the step of applying a prescribed router process to the game board 3 with the cell sheet 55a pasted to the board face base 55b (Step S3). Seals 61 and 62 on which necessary information for executing the steps S2 and S3 is described are applied to the board face base 55b and the cell sheet 55a respectively before executing the steps, so that the information necessary for the steps S2 and S3 can be read when the steps S2 and S3 are executed.
