A mounting structure is provided to reduce weight and increase the stiffness of a mounting bracket for improving NVH(Noise Vibration and Harshness) performance by simply modifying the coupling part of a mounting bracket. A first mounting point(A) formed at a side on a bottom surface of a mounting bracket(100) is positioned at an upper end of a side member of a chassis frame, and a second mounting point(B) at the other side is positioned on a bracket supporting die provided to the side member of the chassis frame.
