PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a training person to train with a load corresponding to the individual physical form in the incoming or outgoing path of reciprocation motion. SOLUTION: The training apparatus is used for motion by applying a load on a mobile part capable of reciprocation motion by an electric load generator. The mobile part comprises: a mobile area determination means to determine the mobile part, an area for the mobile part to reciprocally move, according to the training person; a data acquisition means to acquire personal data of the training person; a standard load determination means to determine the standard load, a load calculated based on the personal data of the training person; and a load control means to change a load to be applied on the mobile part by the load generator according to a position and standard load in the determined mobile area.
