<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration welding method which can reduce the shift of a bonding position between a welding member and a member to be welded which have different die-removing directions, and to provide a vibration-welding structure and an air bag device. <P>SOLUTION: This air bag device is equipped with an air bag, an inflator 2, a retainer 3, an outer panel 4, and an inner case 5. In this case, the air bag is normally folded, and expands and is developed at emergency. The inflator 2 feeds a gas into the air bag. The retainer 3 houses the air bag and the inflator 2. The outer panel 4 is fitted on an instrument panel 1. The inner case 5 is vibration-welded to the inside of the outer panel 4, and at the same time, fastens the retainer 3. When the die-removing direction P of the outer panel 4 is different from the die-removing direction Q of the inner case 5, the positioning surface 51 of the inner case 5 is molded in such a manner as to meet the die-removing direction P of the outer panel 4, and a positioning rib 41 is molded on the outer panel 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
