The invention relates to an assembly mounted in a rolling manner, having a rotational axis, comprising a tyre (17) which especially has two bead fillers (18) and a casing ply (19) comprising an inner wall, an adapter (1), a rim having a rim groove (13) arranged between two rim seats each having an axially outer end, said rim having a total width W between each axially outer end of said two rim seats, said adapter (1) forming the junction between each bead filler (18) and each rim seat, said adapter (1) having two axially outer ends (2) which each comprise an adapter seat (3) and an adapter supporting face (4) substantially located within a plane perpendicular to the rotational axis, a body (5) connecting said two outer axial ends so as to form a unitary part and comprising at least one main reinforcing frame (6), said adapter having a total axial width L extending between said adapter seats. The W/L ratio is higher than or equal to 20 and lower than or equal to 60 %, and said body (5) comprises a blocking element (8) for wedging said adapter in the rim groove (13). The invention is characterised in that the inner wall of the casing ply (19) is partially or totally covered with at least one layer of a self-blocking composition. |
