A washable heat recovering device for wastewater according to the present invention includes a washing water injecting valve installed in a washing pipe installed adjacent to a wastewater inlet and connected to a wastewater outlet and a clean water outlet. The cleaning water injecting valve is automatically or manually opened. Water is automatically injected through the cleaning water injecting valve when the cleaning water injecting valve is open, thus an outer surface of an inner pipe installed inside an outer pipe is forcibly cleaned. The washable heat recovering device for wastewater is capable of cleaning food leftovers stuck to the outer surface of the inner pipe by injecting the water at a high pressure to a space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe for about five minutes at nighttime when a water pressure is high as water usage is low, thereby always maintaining the inner pipe clean. Thus, an effect of maintaining a clean environment is obtained. |
