PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor and a refrigerating cycle device capable of improving compression performance and operation reliability.SOLUTION: A rotary compressor has a cylinder; a rotary shaft; a roller; a bearing portion; and a cylinder plate. The cylinder has a cylindrical shape forming a cylinder chamber. The rotary shaft has an eccentric portion at a part position in the cylinder chamber. The roller is externally installed to the eccentric portion, and eccentrically rotated in the cylinder chamber with rotations of the rotary shaft. The bearing portion blocks an opening portion on one end side of the cylinder, and inserted by the rotary shaft. The cylinder plate blocks an opening portion on the other end side of the cylinder, and slidably supports an end surface in an axial direction in the rotary shaft. In the axial direction of the rotary shaft, a center position of the eccentric portion is disposed on the bearing portion side than a center position of the roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
