PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding connection structure for a pipe that can inhibit blow holes from occurring at a welded portion during welding and can simplify processes of a welding work.SOLUTION: A welding connection structure 1 for a pipe connects an exhaust pipe 4 with a muffler 2 by welding. One end of the exhaust pipe 4 includes a double pipe portion 40. The double pipe portion 40 includes an inner pipe portion 41 arranged on the inner side and an outer pipe portion 42 arranged on the outer side. Out of the inner pipe portion 41 and the outer pipe portion 42, the inner pipe portion 42 is folded back inwards from one end of the outer pipe portion 41 and is formed so as to come into contact with the outer pipe portion 42. The inner pipe portion 41 includes a communication portion 43 for communicating an inner peripheral surface 411 and an outer peripheral surface 412 of the inner pipe portion 41 with each other. The outer pipe portion 42 of the double pipe portion 40 of the exhaust pipe 4 is connected to the muffler 2 by welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
