PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof, and a method to stabilize the compound or salt (R1 is H, halogen, OH, a C1-6 alkyl group or the like; R2 is H, a C1-6 alkyl group, a C1-6 alkylcarbonyl group or the like).SOLUTION: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition in a container in which an oxygen content in the container is 70% or less, preferably 10% or less, of that in a case where the container is filled with only the air at room temperature and normal pressure, and the composition volume is 30% or more, preferably 90% or more, of the container volume.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
