A panel system including at least one elongate first member extending in a first direction, a plurality of elongate second members extending in a second direction different to the first direction, each elongate second member including at least a pair of abutment shoulders, one on either lateral side edge of the elongate second member and each second member attached to the at least one elongate first member using at least one connection clip, each connection clip having a first pair of abutment surfaces extending in a first direction and adapted to engage with the at least one elongate first member and a second pair of abutment surfaces each provided on an arm and extending in a second direction to engage with the respective pair of abutment shoulders on the elongate second member in order to hold the elongate second member relative to the first member.
