PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of saving a space in mounting a gas sensor on a device to be driven.SOLUTION: A motor actuator comprises: an actuator housing 32; gas chambers 42A, 42B formed in the actuator housing 32 while partitioned off from other inner chambers; outside air vents 40A, 40B opened in an external surface of the actuator housing 32; communication paths 44A, 44B linking the outside air vents 40A, 40B to the gas chambers 42A, 42B; and a sensor 64 configured to detect a physical quantity associated with gases taken in the gas chambers 42A, 42B from the outside air vents 40A, 40B through the communication paths 44A, 44B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
