PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical implant applicable to a bone to which artificial joint replacement is applied in advance, and to provide an assembly method of the medical implant.SOLUTION: A medical implant 1 to be inserted into a lumen S of a bone provided with an artificial hip joint 10 includes a grip part 2 for gripping a distal side end 12b of a stem 12 of the artificial hip joint 10 in the lumen S, and a shaft part 4 connected to the grip part 2 and arranged in the lumen S from the distal side end 12b of the stem 12 to a distal side end of the bone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
