Disclosed are an enterprise communication system and an enterprise communication method for providing subscriber position-based paging using an LTE enterprise gateway (LEG). The enterprise communication system, according to the present invention, comprises: a femtocell, wherein if the femtocell is connected to a long term evolution (LTE) terminal registered in an enterprise network, the femtocell requests call establishment with the LTE terminal from a mobile communication core network and an enterprise network gateway, and is requested for subscriber position-based paging from the LTE terminal; and an LEG, wherein upon receiving a packet, if the destination address of the requested packet is the address of the LTE terminal, the LEG determines the communication as enterprise network communication, determines whether to disconnect a radio resource of the LTE terminal which was determined to be in the enterprise network communication, retrieves the femtocell on the basis of the position of the subscriber of the LTE terminal which is determined to be disconnected, requests the paging from at least one retrieved femtocell, and provides enterprise network-based packet communication. The present invention reduces paging load by the LEG performing subscriber position-based paging. |
