PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complement operation of a device for controlling a control target such as an IED, from another device, so that the device operates using a content of the device's setting file, when function information included in the device has been replaced.SOLUTION: A power system monitoring control system comprises: a first processing device for generating a system construction file for configuring the whole power system monitoring control system; a second processing device that, on the basis of the system construction file, generates a function definition file of the second processing device and a setting file including self device setting information that is included in system setting information; and a device that controls a control target apparatus by reflecting request setting information included in self setting information or an access request received from another device and, when a function definition file has no request setting information, converts predetermined function setting information to self device setting information on the basis of conversion information for converting difference between the function setting information and the self device setting information, before responding to the access request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6(a) |
