PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that is a surface-mounted type and can be downsized.SOLUTION: A connector 1A comprises: a connector housing 3 which is disposed on a substrate 20 and includes a mating connector fitting chamber 2 which is opened at one end side; and a plurality of terminals 10 that are fixed on a rear face wall 3a of the mating connector fitting chamber 2 of the connector housing 3. Each of the terminals 10 includes: a mating terminal contact part 11 that protrudes in the mating connector fitting chamber 2; and a substrate contact part 13 that is connected to a conductor part of the substrate 20. The mating terminal contact parts 11 of the plurality of terminals 10 are spaced apart from each other in a lateral direction CD that is a plane direction of the substrate 20 and a longitudinal direction that is an orthogonal direction of the plane direction of the substrate 20, and shift-disposed at positions that are different from each other, in the lateral direction CD. An erection part 12 coupling the mating terminal contact part 11 of each of the terminals 10 and the substrate contact part 13 is formed at a position of the rear face wall 3a of the connector housing 3 by insert molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
