A pad article with supporter sheet capable of preventing the appearance of the flash of liquid foam resin at the parting line of the mold in the manufacturing process, includes a supporter sheet 25 to be combined with the pad member, 23 having extended portions 25a extending out from the pad member, the extended portions being held at parting lines 15 between the lower mold 12 and the upper mold 13 when the upper mold and the lower mold are assembled. Pad member 23 is formed by pouring liquid foam resin 23a into lower mold 12 through openings 26, 27. The pad article 21 may be covered with a skin cover having ends by which the article can be attached to an automobile seat frame, the extended portions 25a being placed between the ends of the skin cover and the seat frame.
