PURPOSE:To simplify mount and removal work by fixing a support member with an electric pole by means of a buckled band and pivoting a swinging shaft on one end of a support arm in such a fashion that it may be rotated freely. CONSTITUTION:One support member 1 is mounted to an electric pole P by means of a cloth-made band 2 with a pair of upper and lower buckles 3. A swinging shaft installed to the bottom of the tip of a table support arm 23 is fitted into a vertical hole in a recessed part 11 of the support member 1 so that a load support table 20 may be mounted to the support member 1 freely rotatively in its horizontal plane. Then, a handle 31 is actuated so that a lock bolt 30 may be screwed into a threaded hole installed on the sides of the recessed part and come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the swinging shaft. Then, the table 20 is fixed so as to make it impossible to rotate.
