<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the strength against a horizontal load by embedding a hollow joint reinforcement, and by integrally incorporating a bundle, a base and a column with one another with the use of an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Mortise 1-11, 1-9 having a size slightly larger than the outer size of a hollow joint reinforcement 1-4 are formed in bases 1-10, 1-8, and tenons 1-7, 1-3 having a size slightly smaller than the inner size if the reinforcement 1-4 are formed on a bundle 1-5 and a column 1-1, respectively. Further, gaps 1-2, 1-6 having a size slightly larger than the thickness of the reinforcement 1-4 are formed in the pillar 1-1 and the bundle 1-5, respectively, and then the bundle 1-5, the bases 1-8, 1-10 and the column 1-1 are integrally incorporated with each other with the use of an adhesive. With this arrangement, the strength of the tenons 1-3, 1-7 against a horizontal load may be enhanced by adding the strength of the reinforcement 1-4.</p> |
