<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved air cleaning system in which a separation and an air filtration are performed combindly by using a centrifugal force so that dusts is efficiently removed from the air containing dust, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The electric air cleaner is provided with a flow passage extending from a suction port 4 of the system to a clean air discharge port, a motor-driven fan 24 is disposed along the flow passage, sucks air containing particulate dust into the suction port 4, and rotates the cleaner around the shaft to form a stratified rotation flow of the dust-containing air in which the heaviest particles gather to the outmost track. A discharge port is provided for discharging the dust-containing air to the surrounding from the rotation flow. An air filter 9 is disposed upstream of the clean air discharge port in the rotation flow, across the flow passage, and filters air from the innermost track of the stratified rotation flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
