PURPOSE:To enhance the bonding strength of a bonded part by forming the end parts of two heat insulating tubes or both mutually opposed end parts of a heat insulating sheet into a mutually compensating inclined surface shape and mutually abutting the inclined surfaces of both end parts to bond them. CONSTITUTION:When heat insulating tubes 1, 2 are bonded, at first the end parts 3, 4 of the heat insulating tubes 1, 2 are cut into a mutually compensating inclined surface shape to form inclined surfaces 5, 6 and, after the end parts 3, 4 are heated to fusible temp. to be softened, the heat insulating tubes 1, 2 are moved in the directions shown by arrows to be mutually abutted and fused. Since the heat insulating tubes 1, 2 are bonded through the inclined bonding surfaces thereof, the bonding area of a bonded part becomes large as compared with a conventional method and bonding strength is enhanced. Further, a heat insulating sheet 21 is rolled into a cylindrical shape to form mutually opposed end parts 22, 23 and inclined surfaces 24, 25 are formed to the end parts in a mutually compensating shape. The end parts 22, 23 are heated to fusible temp. to be softened and the sheet is rolled into a cylindrical shape to abut and fuse the respective inclined surfaces 24, 25. |
