PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition useful for electric/electronic parts, having excellent flame retardance, impact resistance and dimensional stability, comprising a polycarbonate-based resin, a thermoplastic polyester resin, a rubbery elastic material, an inorganic filler and a specific polysiloxane in a prescribed ratio. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of total of (A) 50-95wt.% of a polycarbonate-based resin, (B) 5-50wt.% of a thermoplastic polyester resin and (C) 0-45 pts.wt. of a rubbery elastic material such as butadiene rubber are mixed with (D) 0.01-50 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler such as potassium titanate whisker or inorganic pigment such as titanium oxide and (E) 0.001-5 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane of formula I [R<1> is monofunctional hydrocarbon; A is monofunctional hydrocarbon or group of formula II (R<2> is bifunctional hydrocarbon; R<3> and R<4> are monofunctional hydrocarbon; (x) is 0-2); (m) is 1-300; (n) is 0-300; m+n is 1-300] containing an organooxysilyl group bonded through a bifunctional hydrocarbon group to a silicon atom to give the objective composition. |
