PURPOSE: To provide a pharmacological compsn. which consists of an inhibitor of HIV aspartate protease as an effective component and is used for the procedure of the tumors of warmblooded animals. CONSTITUTION: This pharmacological compsn. contains the inhibitor of the HIV aspartate protease or its salts or its derivatives or its salts esterified in OH groups and at least one kind of pharmacologically permitted carriers. The effective component compd. is preferably the compd. of the formula (R1 is H, alkoxycarbonyl, heterocyclic carbonyl, benzylcarbonyl, heterocyclic sulfonyl; R1 is a bond, the bivalent residue ofα-amino acid bonded like an N terminal to R1 ; R2 , R3 are phenyl, cyclohexyl; A1 is a bond, the bivalent residue ofα-amino acid bonded like an N terminal to CO; A2 is the bivalent residue ofα-amino acid bonded like an N terminal to A1 , or A1 and A2 are the bivalent residues of dipeptide; R4 , R5 form thiomorpholino, morpholino together with N to which they bond).
