AUDIO SIGNAL MIXING METHOD AND DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide an audio mixer system in which a linear editor interface is used. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor control circuit 230 is used to control various functions of plural multi-channel VTRs under the control of a mixer. A linear control signal is supplied from a video editor to a linear interface, including a microprocessor. These control signals are decoded, and proper control of the VTR is performed. A cross fading and a preview/review monitor are included in the control.
