<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and an operation method effectively using heat supplied to a fuel cell from outside, heat generated at the fuel cell and combustion heat of offgas so as to realize energy saving in an operation and temperature control of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: An evacuation passage L2 is fitted in parallel to an evacuation passage L1 of exhaust gas from a combustion chamber 4 to a reforming heat exchanger 2 so as to lead the exhaust gas from the combustion chamber 4 to an air preheater 6. An evacuation passage L3 for bypassing the evacuation passages L1, L2 is provided, and valves V2, V3 are fitted to the evacuation passages L2, L3. A controller 9 switches a reduction combustion burner B1 to set on at an activation mode and supply reduction combustion gas to a power generation chamber 1, and also, switches the valve 2 to set on to warm air from the air preheater 6 by evacuation from the combustion chamber 4. At a steady operation mode, the controller 9 mainly controls the degree of opening the valve V2 to keep temperature of the power generation chamber T1 at a steady power generation temperature. At a shutdown mode, the controller 9 switches off the valve V2, switches on the valve V3 to reduce a flow rate of evacuation flowing into the evacuation passage L1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
