Seaweed rice using seaweed paste and grain are provided to intensify nutrition and to suppress the aging progress of the starch and to improve eating quality by adding a bioactive substance. A manufacturing device(10) of Seaweed rice using seaweed paste and grain includes an extrusion machine(20) discharging a mixture mixed with a seaweed paste, rice flour, supplementary raw material and elastic enhancer to the injection hole of the injection machine mounted on the end part; a cutter(40) cutting the extruded product discharged from the injection hole in size of the grain rice; a cooling device(50) which it instantaneously rapidly cools the cut one while transferring it to the conveyor belt; a drier(60) drying the coold molding transferred by a conveyor belt; and a packing machine(70) wrapping the dried moldings according to the unit weight.
